Can I generate documents in bulk?

Yes. On the Growth and Professional plans, you can select multiple properties and generate the same document type for all of them in a single batch. This is especially useful for AST-to-periodic conversions, where every existing tenancy in your portfolio needs to be converted by 1 May 2026.

Does PropReady track EPC across my entire portfolio?

Yes. PropReady tracks the EPC band and expiry date for every property in your portfolio. The dashboard shows which properties currently meet the minimum Band E requirement, which need upgrades before the Band C deadline in 2028 (new tenancies) and 2030 (all tenancies), and estimated improvement costs.
